As a Registered Dietitian and Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, combined with my experience working with top-ranked athletes at Duke, Georgia, and IMG, working one-on-one with me will take your performance and well-being to the next level. My most common service, this program is for the serious athlete looking to play D1 or professionally. It's all-inclusive, fully customized, and easy to follow. Imagine having 24/7 access to a Sports Dietitian on your phone—that's what this program provides, and more!

If you feel you have a good grasp on your overall habits, but just need specific guidance on WHAT and HOW much to eat, this is the perfect option for you!

Maybe you're not ready to commit to a full Nutrition Coaching program, but still need help planning for an upcoming tournament or game. This lower-cost alternative includes a fully-detailed plan for that weekend's game(s) — broken down by specific times, foods, and portions — to keep you at 100% for every single game.

Fully customized workout plan, whether you have access to a full gym or limited equipment at home.


30-45 minute presentation held at your team facility, classroom setting, OR ONLINE (Zoom). This “team talk” will focus on 1 or 2 pertinent nutrition issues specific to your sport and team. You have the option of picking your topic or having me choose a common issue to discuss. The team talk will include an interactive presentation and short activity to enhance learning.
