Trying to go d1?

Being a D1 athlete is NOT easy—that's why only 2% of High School athletes make it. To be a D1 athlete, you need to excel in four key areas: the field/court, weight room, classroom, and kitchen. Most athletes already work hard on those first two, and most parents emphasize the classroom; however, nutrition is where many athletes fail—and doing only 75% of the work won't get you there! If you've ever noticed frequent injuries, inability to finish workouts strong, or lack of progress in your strength/weight—despite all your hard work—the problem is your NUTRITION.

As a top-level athlete, you need to eat the right foods, but you also need to eat A LOT, and make sure you time it right. I've seen athletes with tremendous talent that never make it because they get injured or can't match the energy of their opponents at the D1 level. While you can find some free nutrition info on the Internet, most of it comes from non-Dietitians and is geared toward the average adult—not elite athletes.

So, if you're ready to make a REAL difference next season, amplify those workouts, and get noticed by more D1 coaches, choose from one of my Personalized Nutrition Services below. Every nutrition plan is customized to the athlete and utilizes my education & expertise as a Board Certified Sports Dietitian who has worked with hundreds of D1 athletes at UGA, Duke, and in private practice. And feel free to check out what some of my top clients have to say (at the bottom of this page) to get a better idea of what to expect.
