Tournaments and showcases are the best opportunities to get noticed by college coaches. However, playing so many games in such a short period of time is unnatural & takes a toll on the body, causing sub-optimal performance on days 2 and 3. Proper nutrition throughout the weekend can keep you closer to 100% by that final game, making you stand out above the competition and get noticed!
Tournament Nutrition Planning is the best way to make sure you make the most out of the time and money you spend on every showcase so you can earn it back in a D1 Scholarship! Here's how it works:
Send me your exact schedule of games for the entire tournament
I script out an entire, detailed plan of exactly what, when, and how much to eat starting from the night before to the very end. Recommendations are based on sport, position, weight, and food preferences.
This includes all meals, in-game fueling, and snacks between games based on timing; as well as hydration protocols to prevent cramps, fatigue, and muscle tears.
I will email you the fully detailed plan AND schedule a 30-minute phone call to discuss the plan and clear up any questions
MENU PLANNING: I will pick out options for lunch/dinner based on the exact restaurant you eat at for each meal (with at least a few hours notice) so you are not left struggling to pick the healthiest recovery options.
