Straightforward, full-body lifting program designed specifically for RUNNERS (and other endurance athletes). This program focuses on compound movements that will enhance running performance, maintain muscle mass, and—most importantly—reduce injury risk!


The plan consists of two full-body lifts per week, designed to take under an hour each; along with Hip Mobility Exercises (including video demonstrations) to further aid in injury prevention and performance 💪🏼 .
