As a Sports Dietitian and Strength & Conditioning Coach, we'll work together to ensure your nutritional and performance/fitness needs are met 100% of the time. The Nutrition Coaching program consists of detailed planning of all meals and snacks, personalized to YOUR specific needs and preferences. Whether you're a competitive athlete or average gym-goer, this program will enhance your performance and accelerate progress toward your goals 💪🏼

*The first Nutrition Coaching session is $150 (discounted from $250)
Follow-up sessions will take place every 3 weeks @ $150/session. There is NO minimum commitment or requirement to have multiple sessions
