I take a careful approach to build a plan that is perfect for YOU to improve performance and health without adding burden to your life. I will use my years of education & expertise as a Registered Dietitian and Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics with my experience working with elite athletes at Duke, Georgia, IMG, and professionally, to make sure your nutrition needs are met 100% of the time to enhance your performance and well-being. Nutrition Assessment & Meal Plan

Assessment visit (in-person or video chat)

Personalized fueling plan with individualized goals and recommendations

2-week Follow-up session (plus 2 more weeks of coaching after that)

Unlimited texting/email to address questions such as supplements, changes in routine, dining out, and more

Plate Coaching: send food pictures and receive immediate feedback on portions, options, etc.

After this first month, you can continue with personalized Nutrition Coaching and follow-ups at a discounted rate
